Lu Bu Was a Woman All Along

The halberd whistled through the air, sharp as a shrill cry. Lü Bu, or perhaps she should be called Lü Fengxian, abruptly twisted aside. The deadly strike grazed her breastplate, sending a dazzling spark skittering across the metal.

Warm blood sprayed across her face, mingling with the crusted blood already there. The fury in his eyes quickly faded, leaving only the blankness of death.

Another life had ended at her hands.
