True Fantasy Descends

What happens when fantasy collides with reality?

The Five Praetors lead New Phyrexia across the African savanna, wantonly spreading glistening oil as they vow to compleat the entire planet.

The Dark Lord escapes from a black hole and scatters his fragments across the land, hoping to devour every living thing in the world and turn them into nourishment, healing the wounds the Great God left on him.

Abaddon the Despoiler and his companions sit inside the Blackstone Fortress, pointing the Talon of Horus at a 3D image of Earth. “This will be the finest offering to the Four Gods!”

Watching it all, the aloof and prideful ‘Abandoned Emperor,’ who has always been indifferent and emotionless, can only wave his sleeve and sigh. “The mortal world is filthy once more.” He decides to step into the spotlight and lend a hand...

Looking at the world in chaos, our protagonist silently steps forward, gripping the battered little watch in his hand. “Strange things happen every year, but this year is something else.”
