In Honghuang, I Started Out as Ling Zhuzi and Just Want to Keep a Low Profile

After transmigrating into the Primordial World, Lin Zhu becomes the Spirit Pearl under Nuwa’s command?! He looks at the goddess before him, then thinks of his inevitable future: reincarnating as Nezha and getting butchered for the Investiture of the Gods. He feels doomed. Become Nuwa’s disciple? Sever a corpse and become a Saint? Make a name for himself? No! He has only one goal: keep his head down! He’ll cling tight to Nuwa, the strongest backer in the Primordial World, and lie low in Wa Palace until the end of time, or at least until the Investiture of the Gods tribulation is over! But even when you’re sitting in the palace, trouble can fall from the sky. He only wants to loaf around, yet the big shots of the Primordial World keep eyeing him like a tasty dish. Taiyi Zhenren schemes against him? No problem. He’ll grab the goddess’s jade leg and cry for help! Madam Shiji is in danger? Easy. He’ll secretly pull a “dirty” trick to turn the tables! The Three Skies Immortals are in trouble? Uh… don’t worry, fairies. I… I’ll cheer you on! Before long, the big shots of the Primordial World are stunned to discover that the Spirit Pearl boy under Nuwa, seemingly harmless and timid beyond belief, somehow keeps testing the limits and pulling off death-defying stunts with his astonishing knack for laying low and his shameless dirty tricks. Not only does he repeatedly disrupt the Saints’ plans, he even manages to win the hearts of several fairies along the way. When the Investiture of the Gods tribulation ends and the Saints look back, they realize that the little boy who only wanted to survive has somehow… quietly kept his way to Sainthood! This is a hilarious, shameless tale about a small-time character who only wants to grow in secret, but keeps courting disaster and miraculously surviving in the Primordial World, using nothing but his talent for laying low and his dirty tricks to rise to the top.
