Don't Escape the Bad Dog's Clutches

[A possessive, foul-tempered, sharp-tongued top VS a sunny, timid puppy-like bottom] [Sweet romance + romantic tension + falling in love over time + comedy + mutually faithful HE] At the start of his junior year, Tao Di gets a new roommate with a seriously explosive temper. The awkward part is that, when they first meet, Tao Di mistakes him for someone else and slaps the hotheaded guy. He later learns the guy is called Gu Jiuzhou. Then Tao Di and his childhood friend talk behind Gu Jiuzhou’s back, only to get caught red-handed by Gu Jiuzhou while he’s working at a milk tea shop. To avoid getting punched straight through a wall, Tao Di starts a life of servitude. He knows Gu Jiuzhou is broke, since otherwise he wouldn’t be eating instant noodles every day, so he always feels sorry for him and brings him food... That is, until Gu Jiuzhou’s biological father shows up and tells Tao Di he’s a wealthy man, asking him to think carefully about his relationship with his son. Only then does Tao Di realize that the one who’s actually broke is himself... By then, he and Gu Jiuzhou have already fallen for each other and are walking hand in hand down the street. What choice should Tao Di make about their relationship, and the life Gu Jiuzhou deserves? Content warning: The author personally has no particular dealbreakers, so maybe just avoid the author. If you like it, read as much as you want. If you don’t, don’t force yourself, and don’t insult me either. That would hurt my feelings too 🥹
