Wasteland Reboot: I Rule the Apocalypse with My Cyber Farm

The apocalypse descends, and ten billion people struggle to survive. I’m holed up in an underground bunker, growing crops with future technology, building mechs, eating hot pot, and crushing my enemies from a past life along the way!

The story takes place in 2125, an era of highly advanced technology. Human society depends heavily on the global automated agricultural system, the “Shennong System,” and the internet. Before the disaster, social classes were rigidly entrenched and resources monopolized by major corporations. The protagonist, Lin Xia, was one of the underclass “code livestock.” On June 15, 2125, an unprecedented super solar flare, known as the “Judgment Day” event, erupted, destroying the global power grid and satellites. Intense radiation and high-energy particles contaminated the surface, causing the genes of 99% of crops to collapse and die out. The world plunged into famine, upheaval, and barbaric anarchy. Radiation triggered terrifying mutations in plants and animals, known as radiation beasts, while a small number of humans awakened supernatural abilities and became Awakened.
