When Disaster Strikes, I Use My Space to Raise Cute Pets, Farm, and Lie Flat

Lin Wei’s life as an office drone was as bland as a glass of water, until she found a strange jade pendant among some old belongings and accidentally opened a passage to a mysterious space. This portable space, where she could preserve food and grow crops, became the only light in her dreary life. But before she could fully appreciate this miracle, extreme weather began occurring around the globe, and strange messages spread online, all hinting that a great calamity was approaching.

Her cool-headed practicality and natural hoarding habit led her to make a crazy decision: spend everything she had to stock up before doomsday! Rice, flour, cooking oil, medicine, tools, seeds, energy... Using the power of her space, she carefully and stubbornly stored everything she might need to survive, like a hamster preparing for winter.

When disaster truly arrived with unstoppable force, extreme heat, extreme cold, and floods came one after another, and civilization collapsed in the blink of an eye. While others struggled to survive among the ruins, Lin Wei retreated to her own peach-blossom haven, tending her fertile plot of land with Yuanbao, a cat with a humanlike understanding, and began a leisurely farming life in the apocalypse.

But the apocalypse was never peaceful. Scarce resources, the greed of those who coveted what she had, and new companions who needed protection kept coming her way. Lin Wei had to use her wits and her hoarded supplies to protect her peaceful little farm in this broken world and achieve a true lie-flat life.
