Siheyuan: Picking on Silly Zhu? I’ll Deal with Him Myself

He transmigrates into Love in the Courtyard, becoming the maternal uncle of Silly Zhu and Yushui. Though he’s two years younger than Silly Zhu, he’s still his elder. Silly Zhu has already been thoroughly duped by Yi Zhonghai and refuses to listen, no matter how much he’s taught. So Zhao Haiyang has no choice but to exercise his authority as an elder and set him straight. As the saying goes, spare the rod and spoil the child. Zhao Haiyang has only one solution: beat Silly Zhu into submission. He’ll keep at it until Silly Zhu comes to his senses and stops being a simp for widows. Watching He Yushui, who’s been bullied by the Jia family since childhood and is as skinny as a rack of ribs, Zhao Haiyang’s heart aches. He becomes the kindest, most caring elder, making sure she’s well fed and warmly dressed so she can live a happy life. Seeing his little sister spoiled rotten, Silly Zhu says, “I want that too!” Zhao Haiyang: “Get lost. Go get back every bit of money and food you lent Qin Huairu!” He Yuzhu is dumbfounded. “But…” Zhao Haiyang: “You want another beating?” He Yuzhu turns and runs. “Uncle, don’t hit me! I’ll go get it back right now.” With his iron fists, Zhao Haiyang teaches He Yuzhu that there’s no problem a single punch can’t solve. And if one doesn’t work, then just throw another.
