Demon Blade Devours the Heavens: Starting with the Sacrifice of a Goddess

Ling Jue, a man born at the bottom of society and treated as worthless as a blade of grass, cultivates a forbidden demonic art to survive. As his sect faces annihilation, he plots against Luo Xiyao, the divine maiden of the age who has come to destroy it. Using her sacred body as a cultivation vessel, he forcibly breaks through and becomes the common enemy of both righteous and demonic forces. From then on, the divine maiden hunts him and the demonic path distrusts him. In one desperate brush with death after another, he relies on his heaven-defying insight and ruthless methods to carve a blood-soaked path to the heavens with the demonic blade in his hand. Through countless fated clashes with the divine maiden, the two sworn enemies gradually discover that they are merely pawns in a much greater game. A hidden mastermind stirs up turmoil, and an ancient prophecy comes to light. The so-called righteousness and evil are nothing but lies. In the end, Ling Jue embraces his destiny as an “Evil God” and joins forces with Luo Xiyao to face the ultimate being that has manipulated the world since ancient times, defy fate, and reshape the universe.
