The Farmhouse Cook: The Whole Village Wants to Feed Me

After a car accident, urban office worker Song Zhiwei unexpectedly transmigrates into the body of an orphan girl in an ancient mountain village who shares her name and is believed to bring misfortune to her relatives. Her home is bare, but that's no problem! With a trove of modern recipes at her fingertips, even a little farmhouse can fill the air with irresistible aromas. Soft, pillowy soup dumplings with molten centers, fiery and spicy boiled fish, flaky egg-yolk pastries... From being ignored to filling the air with fragrance for miles around, Song Zhiwei wins over all of Qingshui Village with her cooking. A cold hunter quietly brings her the tenderest game, a proud little boy keeps watch at her gate every day, a sharp-tongued auntie offers to help drum up business, and even the village's fiercest big yellow dog wags its tail when it sees her. She thought she just wanted to earn a little money and live a quiet life, but somehow she became the darling of the whole village. And the “bargain husband” she picked up seems to have a mysterious identity too? Watch Song Zhiwei heal hearts with food amid the smoke rising from her little courtyard, win everyone's affection, and, while she's at it... become fabulously wealthy?
