108 Historical Generals Face Off in One-on-One Duels: A Synopsis of The Dome Battlefield: Record of a Hundred Generals
Throughout the vast river of history, famed generals shine like brilliant stars. With extraordinary courage and strategy, they have left their mark on every era of the land of China. The Dome Battlefield: Record of a Hundred Generals brings these celebrated commanders together for an unprecedented clash of champions.
This novel tells the story of 108 elite generals from different dynasties, summoned by a mysterious force to the battlefield known as the Dome. This special realm transcends time and space. Its battlefield is made of black iron mixed with cloudstone, making it indestructible, while two blazing suns hang high overhead, leaving nowhere to hide. At the will of the Dome, the generals learn the rules of the contest: one-on-one duels across five rounds, until an ultimate victor emerges. The winner may retain their peak condition, while the defeated vanish, returning to the dust of history. They may bring the weapons and mounts they had at the height of their power, so long as the mounts are not divine beasts, as well as symbolic keepsakes. They cannot summon soldiers or use battle formations, though individual techniques are allowed.
