The first three volumes cover the founding of the nation. The main story begins in Volume Four, when Lumine and Paimon’s journey officially gets underway.
A story of legends, a traveler from another land, five arrogant sinners, and a proud god in the heavens. This is the twilight of the gods, the revelry of demons…
The glory of the past returns. The rulers of the mortal realm once again walk among humanity. At the same time, the Cryo Archon’s mad ideals begin to spread, and Snezhnaya’s ambitions burn like a blazing fire, seeking to meddle in the order of the Heavenly Principles… Even the Abyss is picking up the pace… I have no other choice…
The Heavenly Principles have ruled for ten thousand years. Which side will the former Seven Archons take this time?
“Lumine, listen… The winds of freedom once paused for you, the undying rocks witnessed your contract, and the thunder that reaches to the heavens led you out of the land of eternity. The fragrant grass was reborn from its prison, and the pure waters outwitted the chains of fate. But Snezhnaya… will not go as either of us wishes… Even if your loved one becomes a weapon of the Abyss, even if the world responds to you with malice, even if, in the end… I leave you too… Lumine, these long journeys are the story of your existence. You must hold fast to the conviction you had at the beginning.”
“Don’t trust [???]. They are the one who deserves your trust the least.”
“No matter where the journey ends, I will never forget this promise…”
The winds of freedom, the rocks of contracts, the thunder of eternity, the grass of wisdom, the waters of justice, the fire of war, and the ice of mercy.
(The protagonist is reincarnated as the Heavenly Principles) (Early on, they establish the power of the Seven Gods in another world) (The Tsaritsa’s ideal: winter is coming! The storm is upon us!)
I always feel that it is somewhat similar to another book I read, but it is still good (๑> <๑)
Except for the first few chapters where the main character didn't appear and it was a bit confusing, I personally felt it was very interesting after that.
