War of Resistance: From Shepherd Boy to Japanese Soldier Slayer

[No melodrama + no brainless plot + not a glorified anti-Japanese war drama + rustic flavor + revenge + guerrilla unit + growth + comeback + passion]

His whole family is slaughtered, leaving him with a blood feud! In 1938, the Japanese devils massacre our Lin Family Village!

Dad is stabbed to death while protecting the villagers! Second Uncle refuses to submit and hangs himself from the old locust tree at the village entrance! The young shepherd Lin Xiaofei grips his father’s bloodstained sickle and plunges into the Yimeng Mountains! Like a dying stray dog, he chews tree bark and hides from howling wolves, until he runs into Brother Tiechui of the guerrilla unit.

“Kid, hate the Japanese devils? Then fight with me!” A cave becomes home, and a gun becomes “the teeth we use to take revenge”! Hellish training wears his skin raw. Uncle Laonian teaches him: “A gun has a spirit. It’s our teeth!” He joins the guerrillas in eliminating collaborators and fighting the Japanese... Together, they compose a hymn of blood and fire!
