Sugar-Hearted Love, in Progress

“Thirty sticky notes in exchange for one boyfriend.”

Tang Mi, a top student from an ordinary family, ends up at a second-rate university after failing the college entrance exam. There, she becomes deskmates with Si Yan, the son of a school board member who is hiding his identity. From mutual dislike to growing affection, the two gradually uncover each other’s secrets amid their sweet campus romance: the silver stud in Si Yan’s left ear conceals a family conspiracy, while a rare antibody in Tang Mi’s blood turns out to be the key to ending it.

When Si Yan’s wealthy family background is exposed, Tang Mi discovers that her father’s death is connected to the Si family’s “0610 human experiments.” Si Yan’s mother was the only person who protected her back then. Facing family opposition and a rival in love who stirs up trouble, the two join forces to fight back. Their relationship grows from campus romance to marriage, and they eventually found an education technology company together, completing the redemption the previous generation left unfinished.

“You are the light in my darkness, and the only sweetness I want to protect.”
