Horror Livestream: Raising Ghosts in a Haunted House

Lin Mo, a washed-up streamer, has been betrayed and forgotten. His savings are nearly gone, and he has lost every shred of dignity. With nowhere else to turn, he stakes everything on buying the Shadowlight Manor, rumored to be “the most haunted house in history.” He plans to livestream the haunted house in a desperate gamble to make a comeback. On opening night, he makes a reckless wager to boost traffic: once the gifts reach the target, he'll pry open the forbidden room inside the house at once! As virtual “hearse drifts” flood the screen amid the viewers' frenzy, Lin Mo trembles as he approaches the dark brown door. In the phone's ghastly white light, a shadow made of pure darkness floats sideways through the crack beneath it, defying all reason! The room isn't empty. Just as the glory of a million viewers descends, a ghostly green light flares. An ancient figure hovers in the air, bowing gracefully toward the camera. A chilling thought brands itself directly into Lin Mo's mind: “Thanks to all my dear viewers for lighting up the fan badges...” “Tonight's stream has been extended: a sacrifice of the living.” The traffic-fueled celebration becomes a feast for evil spirits. Forced to use his camera to feed fear and direct a sacrifice with living people, washed-up streamer Lin Mo struggles in the decaying shadows of a century-old haunted house. When the viewers become accomplices and the comments turn into curses, can he find a way out of this desperate livestream? Or has he himself become the most tempting prize in this horrifying feast?
