Starting a Company in an Anime Crossover Fantasy World: Hiring Kiana from the Start

"No OOC, no System, a delight for anime fans, light novel, slice of life" What would happen if characters from countless anime all lived in the same city? What! To get back home after transmigrating to a city of mixed anime worlds, I need to earn ten billion! Well, that's a pickle! Guess I'll have to launch an ambitious business venture in another world and start a company. A company staffed entirely by beautiful girls. What, my first employee is Kiana?! Employees I can reveal so far include: "Kiana, Alice, Furina, Rem..." With nothing but pretty female employees, finding a girlfriend should be easy, right? Oh, come on! They're all lesbians. I give up! A friendly heads-up: Hatsune Miku appears, and she gets plenty of screen time. This is a huge city where characters from countless other worlds live freely. Luffy and Naruto are sworn brothers, Sakata Gintoki goes to a Hatsune Miku concert, the Heroic Spirit King Gilgamesh stands at the pinnacle of wealth, and King Arthur serves as a police chief at the Security Bureau.
