The Headstrong Princess Marries a Kitchen Servant as His Concubine

This is a traditional wuxia novel. The story goes as follows: The most headstrong princess of the Great Zhou, Princess Zhaoyang, delights in bullying the young fire-tender in the imperial kitchen, only to be outwitted and humiliated every time. Her poisonous schemes, traps, and attempts to make things difficult for him before the emperor somehow help him rise higher and higher! Only when she ends up stoking the kitchen fire does she realize that this seemingly simpleminded boy possesses peerless martial arts, and that his true identity is even more astonishing... A hilarious journey of repeated humiliation, and an unexpected marriage destined to defy the heavens.
