Second-generation rich kid Guo Chengyu tries to ruin his childhood friend Chi Cheng’s romance. By a twist of fate, he ends up at Jiang Xiaoshuai’s clinic, only to be captivated by the doctor who plays matchmaker for his rival by day and sneaks into the examination room to munch on potato chips late at night.
He hides behind a carefree, flippant facade, but loses his composure when he sees the old scars on the other man’s wrist. Jiang Xiaoshuai wears a sunny mask to save everyone, yet falls apart under Guo Chengyu’s relentless probing.
Wang Shuo returns to China, stirring up trouble with an old flame, while Meng Tao’s shadow looms ever closer. When the “seducer’s mentor” meets the “young master who schemes for everything,” is it all manipulation, or are they falling for each other?
“Did you get close to me because of Chi Cheng?”
“Yes.” Guo Chengyu stubbed out his cigarette, but the truth was hidden in his eyes. “But now, all I want is to sleep with you.”
Love and hate are both concealed beneath the smell of disinfectant. In this entanglement that began as an attempt to sabotage, whoever falls in love first loses, yet they insist on betting their lives on it.
The previous plot is very close to the original work, and the characters are not OOC. Meng Tao's description of the psychological damage caused to Xiao Shuai is more and more detailed, which makes me feel heartbroken. The original book barely touched on this section, so I was really surprised that this book could make up for it. The following content is all kinds of cookies, our jam is so sweet😘😘😘
It's not bad, but the progress is a bit too fast. It's very sweet later on, although some places don't quite match the original work.
It's so delicious. I ate a big mouthful of jam.
Good-looking, Guo Chengyu redeems Xiao Shuai, the sweet daily life of two people, kiss kiss 🥰🥰🥰
Good-looking, good-looking, good-looking
