A young man was experimented on by Cocolia and accidentally turned into the Herrscher of Ice. Through a twist of fate, he acquired the Kaslana name. In a Honkai world rife with malice toward men, he also happens to find a vampire girl. In this chaotic world, how can he protect the people dear to him and make the world what he wants it to be? P.S.
