The Master Is Too Cold, the Disciple Too Wild

Xuan Minchu: His cultivation is unfathomably deep, at the Great Ascension stage or beyond, and he is the sect's strongest fighter in all but name. He has taken the path of ruthless cultivation to its extreme, with no desires or attachments. Extremely fastidious, cold, and taciturn, he hates all physical contact and emotional entanglements. His strength is so extraordinary that even the sect leader treats him with great respect and lets him do as he pleases. His beauty is cool and otherworldly, like a frigid moon in the highest heavens.

Fu Shihang: Xuan Minchu's only disciple. His origins are a mystery. Lively and impulsive, he is intensely curious and quick to flare up. His talent is exceptional, though he is still rather naive at first. Like a flame that has wandered into an icy wasteland, he is full of tenacious vitality. He both reveres and fears his master, yet can't help wanting to draw closer to him.
