Lu Shaohua is locked up in a heavily guarded prison, but he never gives up on the idea of escaping. Using secret channels inside the prison, he contacts trusted associates on the outside and begins plotting his escape. He bribes some prison staff to pass messages and provide assistance, while also having his stepmother win over senior police officials in hopes that they will make things easier for him at a crucial moment. After careful planning, Lu Shaohua seizes an opportunity when prison staff are reassigned and security briefly lapses. Working with the people he has bribed, he creates confusion to distract the guards and successfully escapes. Once the police discover his escape, they immediately launch a manhunt, but Lu Shaohua has already planned his route and slips through their cordon. After escaping, Lu Shaohua is smuggled into Brazil. Drawing on years of experience and connections in the drug trade, he begins rebuilding his drug network there. Taking advantage of Brazil's complex social environment and weak legal system, he rapidly expands his influence. In Brazil, Lu Shaohua makes the acquaintance of several senior members of the Italian Mafia. Through bribery, threats, and other means, he gradually infiltrates the organization. He helps the Mafia resolve internal disputes and external threats, winning the trust of some members and ultimately taking control of the Italian Mafia. He becomes a super drug lord straddling two major criminal organizations. Following leads provided by Wang Qi, Yang Wei leads a police team in a cross-border manhunt. They contact the Brazilian police and work together to investigate Lu Shaohua's drug network in Brazil.
