The Golden Toad Rests on the Green Mountain Beneath the Moon

I’m Tired and Sad: A Story (I started writing this story because ever since I was very, very young, I would often think about and dream of a huge, huge golden toad buried beneath a mountain. It frightened me! But I don’t know if it was dug out by the big bulldozers used during the project to return farmland to forest, because the mountain had been broken apart! The thick layer of earth that had been suppressing the golden toad was gone, so it crawled out! I was so scared when I saw it! How could there be such a huge golden toad? Had a toad become a spirit? I was so startled that I woke up! It was a dream! I kept thinking about toads, golden toads, and frogs... Over the years, I still think about it. I don’t know why. So tonight, I stayed up all night thinking about the golden toad, and decided to write a novel about it. I started imagining what might happen. I hope you’ll leave me a comment after reading. What do you think it foretells? Thank you.)
