The Pregnant Woman in the Basement

I was nearing my due date, but my husband brought his first love home after she had just lost her baby. She complained to him that I was always showing off my pregnant belly in front of her. My husband ignored my explanations and locked me in the basement of an abandoned villa. The shock made my water break, but my husband only sneered, unconcerned. "Isn't your due date a week from now? What are you pretending for?" He turned and left. I went into obstructed labor because the baby was in the wrong position. That night, his first love woke up with a stomachache, and my husband called the housekeeper over to give instructions. "Isn't Tang Anhua the best at making stomach-soothing porridge?" "If she's willing to come back and make some for Mengmeng, I'll let her off this time." But he didn't know that I had already died a horrific death in the basement, taking both my baby and myself with me.
