Empresses in the Palace: Ying'er Strikes Back

A modern office worker transmigrates into Yu Ying'er, who is being punished in the snow. Realizing she's in the plot of Empresses in the Palace and is about to be executed for falsely claiming imperial favor, she is seized by the will to survive.

During her night of service, she uses the excuse that an immortal taught her a melody to draw the Emperor's attention with a modern tune. She earns the title of Lady of Enchanting Music and temporarily averts danger. At the same time, she recognizes the threats posed by Consort Hua, Zhen Huan, and the Emperor, and resolves to strike back.

Using her knowledge of the plot, she avoids the early traps and secretly observes the balance of power in the harem. She also cautiously tests everyone's reactions, laying the groundwork for her plans to come. (Don't take this too seriously, it's all made up.)
