The ordinary young man Shen Xiaohu sees his life completely upended by a bizarre diagnosis. A “life-form” that should not exist is quietly developing inside him, bringing with it an inexplicable “curse of fate” that defies all reason.

Together with Chen Mingjing, he must search for a way to survive in the depths of despair, protect one another, and safeguard the “new life” that overturns all reason yet offers their only hope.
