Naruto: I Rule the Ninja World by Borrowing Ghosts' Power

Zhou Yang's golden finger is simple: touch someone, and their ability becomes his. From the little fool at Konoha Hospital to an S-rank missing-nin hunted by the entire shinobi world, he got by through “borrowing.” Borrowing Kakashi's Chidori, Minato's Flying Thunder God, the Uchiha's Sharingan... borrowing every technique under the sun to build up his own power. Until he saw bloodline clans monopolizing the path to advancement, the great nations treating small countries like weeds, and countless people like Haku and Karin crying in the shadows. Then it dawned on him: stealing abilities alone made him nothing but a common thief. If he was going to steal, he would steal a nation! Revolutionize an entire world! “From today on, I'm no longer just Zhou Yang, the ‘Borrowing Ghost.’” “I am the liberator of the Land of Waves, the one who sows the seeds of the Red Star.” “My scalpel can heal people, and it can also dissect this rotten old world.”
