Amber Starshine, chief guardian of the Starrail Council, is a socially anxious tech geek whose mane naturally sparkles. Her daily routine consists of calibrating deep-space telescopes, petting mechanical owls, and being showered with “stardust sandwiches” by the whole city.
But what happens when the romantic “Emerald Meteor Shower” people wished upon turns out to be a malicious delivery from aliens? When the Moon Princess’s distress signal becomes encrypted fragments of a nightmare? When purple slime from a lab explosion goes flying straight at a group of onlooking baby dragons?
Amber realizes her shield skills may be a little… oddly specialized: she blocks coffee like a pro, gets exhausted stopping meteorites, and blocks poison only to unlock the limited-edition “Shattered Crystal Hooves” skin!
The townsfolk, holding flower baskets and apple juice: “Miss Stardust! We made new crystal-hoof warmers! So… could you let us know before the next ‘drill’? That way we can bring popcorn!”
Twilight, pinching the bridge of her nose: “First, explain why Luna’s sleep-talking ended up in your lab report.”
Amber, bandaged up and munching on an apple: “Thanks for asking. I just finished saving Spike. Now I only want to know if princesses can claim workers’ compensation. Also, stop staring at my legs! These aren’t some trendy new prosthetics!”
[A lighthearted, sort-of slice-of-life story] See how a limping star auntie uses her social anxiety, mad-scientist pony spirit, and the love of the whole city’s support squad to turn a cosmic crisis into a full-scale chronicle of “a guardian’s spectacular blunders and triumphant comeback”!
(A friendly reminder: stargazing can be risky, so wish carefully. Also, no baby dragons in the lab!)
I was easily tricked into killing him, but the plot was really great
Really everyday, really relaxed? Fake but really good looking
I have to say, the plot is very good, but the first one felt too short. "Thank you, Watcher Amber, for your great contribution"! Hope and disillusionment coexist...
