The Haunted Building’s Lease

Lin Zhiyuan, a psychology prodigy, stumbles into a bizarre apartment building filled with deadly rules and warped space after an inexplicable lease draws him in. Here, the only rule for survival is the Tenant Handbook, but behind it lies a tangled conflict of multiple consciousnesses and motives. The apartment is not merely a prison; it is also a breeding ground for “apartmentization,” blurring the lines between life and death, and between humans and “rule enforcers.” With his extraordinary gift of hyperthymesia, can Lin Zhiyuan untangle the layers of mystery, use his superior intellect and carefully designed interactions to overcome one folk-horror trap after another, uncover the ultimate truth behind the subverted conventions, and escape this higher-dimensional game of survival? Every seemingly ordinary rule could lead to an irreversible death penalty, or an unexpected chance to live. Welcome to this living, sinister tower. Your lease is set; your life and death are in fate’s hands.
