When he woke up, office drone Zhang Wei was stunned.
One second, he was scrolling on his phone while sitting on the toilet. The next, he was lying in a stinking garbage heap, wearing SpongeBob SquarePants underwear, with a zombie in a tutu chasing him and trying to bite his butt!
“What the hell! Is this even allowed?!” Zhang Wei had barely finished complaining when an even more outrageous voice rang out in his mind:

Zhang Wei: “System, are you trying to screw me over?!”
In this damn apocalypse, where zombies dance, monsters roam, and wasteland stretches as far as the eye can see, other people awaken superpowers, enhance their genes, and mow enemies down with Gatling guns. Zhang Wei, on the other hand, starts with nothing but a pair of underwear. His only golden finger is a snarky, rubbernecking, ridiculous System, and its rewards are things like “Indestructible Pink Underwear” and a “Fart Amplifier”...
But who is Zhang Wei? A man blessed with the aura of the “God of Archaeology (Picking Through Trash)”!
What others see as a garbage-strewn ruin, he sees as an undiscovered treasure trove!
A rusty screwdriver? A few tweaks, and it becomes the ultimate lockpick!
Expired spicy snack strips? Hard currency to con (and save) his teammates with!
A run-down museum? Dig through it! Maybe he can piece together a Gundam!
An abandoned laboratory? Rummage around! Here come the high-tech blueprints!
And so the whole wasteland vibe goes completely off the rails:
When a brutal zombie horde attacks, he uses an excavator as a battering ram and blasts Buddhist sutras from his phone to “exorcise them by force”!
When a villainous big shot puts on airs and declares war, he sends his dimwitted teammates carrying a homemade “Luoyang Shovel Brand” rocket launcher, loaded with biochemical stink bombs made from durian!
The story is amazing! The plot is very tense and interesting! The author's writing is smooth! Five-star praise and recommendation!!!
