Skulls and Blueprints

To protect his broken family, young Xiao Kun committed a terrible mistake: kidnapping Su Ling, the daughter of a bank manager. That cold "success" sent Su Ling's family into the abyss. Her parents were brutally killed, and she was left to flee with a blood debt and hatred weighing on her. Fourteen years later, Su Ling returns as an avenger, setting her sights on Xiao Kun. Fate reunites her with Xiao Mingzhe, Xiao Kun's younger brother, who knows nothing of the truth. Just as doubts draw the two closer, the vast Ashes organization bares its fangs, dragging them into a deadly abyss with its lethal contracts and betrayals. A deeper darkness is stirring: the mysterious tycoon X makes a grand entrance, then meets a bizarre end; a chemical genius orchestrates lethal games and a devastating "Pure Utopia"; and an iron-fisted power will raze even Paradise Island in the name of order. The bonds of blood become shackles, and the creed of protection turns into a poisoned blade. When a twisted protector sacrifices himself, and a mad ideal collapses before history, the flames of vengeance burn to their end... The storm subsides, and the embers glow faintly. The survivors each set out on an unknown path. But the abyss never stops calling. It is still watching, waiting for its next prey.
