Contracting with Naruto Characters: From the Start, I Choose to Follow Sai's Anime

Other people contract SSS-rank Itachi, Gaara, or Uchiha Madara templates and soar to success! And me? My contract failed, but a System quietly activated... [Congratulations, Host! You are now bound to the All-Dimensional Summoning System. You can summon any ACG character in their original form to fight!] Pikachu unleashes Thunderbolt and fries the whole field! Zoro draws his three swords and shatters the limits of bloodline power! Aizen murmurs, "Kyoka Suigetsu," and the enemy wipes itself out! Teacher Saitama takes down a secret-realm boss with one punch! The good-for-nothing everyone at school used to laugh at makes a powerful comeback! The school beauty looks back in amazement, a cool older woman comes sneaking over at night, and a twin-tailed little girl clings to me and calls me Daddy? But all I want is to protect the girl with the sweetest smile: my little sister. In this life, I'm her big brother. Anyone who dares bully her will regret it for eternity! Secret-realm showdowns, all-out point battles, and prodigies from five schools challenging me one after another? Sorry, you can't even touch the pinky finger of the characters I summon!
