Ji Wangchuan

He is Ji Wangchuan, an unremarkable boy from Qingshi Village whose origins are a mystery. His only companion is a jade pendant engraved with the words “Wangchuan.” He thinks he is no more than a speck in the mortal world, unaware that the memories of a world-destroying Demon Venerable are sealed in his soul. Billions of years ago, the Demon Venerable Xuanye shattered the Nine Heavens in an attempt to break free of the Heavenly Dao's shackles. The gods surrounded him, and his soul shattered, falling into reincarnation.

When his amnesiac reincarnation accidentally awakens the demonic fiend energy within him, and fragments of mottled memories stir his dormant, domineering soul, Ji Wangchuan finally realizes that his ordinary life is a disguise, and defying fate is his destiny! He cultivates demonic arts capable of scorching the heavens and boiling the seas, and follows a domineering path that sends all immortals fleeing. From Qi Refining and Foundation Establishment to breaking through the boundaries of the world and ascending, from a lowly insect in the mortal realm to a challenger of the Nine Heavens, every step he takes tramples on the Heavenly Dao's greatest taboo!

This is a story of forgetting and awakening, sinking and rising. When the amnesiac Demon Venerable returns to the world, and a humble youth vows to shatter the palaces of the Nine Heavens, are you ready to follow Ji Wangchuan and witness his legend as he scorches the heavens, boils the seas, and breaks through the Dao to ascend? The Heavenly Dao won't allow it? Then let these Nine Heavens tremble before me!
