Shadow Apostle

Lucas Black, an alcoholic occult expert, was cursed after failing to summon demons in his early years. When bizarre deaths occurred one after another in Newport City, he was forced to cooperate with the hacker girl Ava to uncover the conspiracy of the demon "Mammon" to infiltrate the world through the financial network. As the investigation deepens, Lucas discovers that he is actually the reincarnation of the "Shadow Apostle" and needs to make a choice in the game between the archangel Michael and the fallen angel Lucifer. In the end, he seals the gate of hell at the cost of his life, but leaves an unresolved suspense in the ending - whether his soul really dissipates or is secretly controlled by a mysterious existence.
