In the year 2275 AD, the first year of the Spirit Pact, the barriers between space and time joined together, creating a passage between Blue Star and the Spirit Realm. The following year, the world entered the Spirit Energy Era. Nations formed an alliance, reforming their institutions and launching expeditions to develop the Spirit Realm. Over the past century, heroes emerged in droves, the Spirit Realm was extensively explored, and academies dedicated to it were established. Around the first year of the Spirit Pact, Huaxia underwent reforms, organizing its regions around the wormhole at the center and establishing three prefectures and fifteen provinces.
Spirit Pact University has one school in every province, each administered by the state under an independent education system. It has nine departments: Spirit Artifact Research, Spirit Medicine Research, Spirit Beast Research, Combat, Support, Flight, Healing, Spirit Realm Theory, and Spirit Realm Languages. (Students may study more than one.)
(The three prefectures are Yanli Prefecture, Southern Prefecture, and Chang'an Prefecture.)
(The provinces are Ji, Yan, Qing, Xu, Yang, Jing, Liang, Yu, Liang, Qi, You, Jiao, Qiong, Ning, and Meitan.)
