Dragon Raja: The Undying Dragonkin

[The worlds of Honkai: Star Rail and Dragon Raja combined] [Readable even if you haven’t played Honkai: Star Rail or read Dragon Raja] [Ensemble cast] [Multiple female leads, but no breaking up the original pairings] [Lots of alternate worldbuilding; proceed at your own risk]

(The story starts slowly, so please stick with it. The world follows the original works’ first three volumes. The added Honkai: Star Rail elements are there to fill in gaps in the Dragon Raja setting. I don’t think my writing can compare to Jiang Nan’s, so I’ve focused on plot structure and logic instead.)(After reaching 100,000 words, I reflected on the story. I think the overall logic and transitions are decent, but the pacing is a little slow for a web novel. It’s too late to go back now, though, so I’ll finish it at my own pace.)

He wandered around campus, unnoticed by anyone. He once hunted among the stars and was admired by others. Though he lived in that home, he struggled to feel the love of his family. He was once stranded in another world, where he found the warmth of a family.

He thought he had been living through a dream, a painful dream that still lingered in his memory.

When the fire of dawn goes out, when the earth falls in love with humankind, when the wind stirs up waves of memory, when the tide brings the end of the world: on the eternal, solitary throne, will the old king return to his seat, or will a new king ascend?
