Transmigrating as a Merchant Woman

Su Yao, an heir to a family of modern-day practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine, transmigrates into the body of the third daughter of the Su family in the Eastern Tomb Kingdom, a girl who is out of favor. As soon as she transmigrates, she faces the prospect of being married off to a seriously ill, elderly minister. She saves herself with her medical skills and even cures the Third Prince, Chu Ran, who has fallen ill while traveling incognito. Afterward, Su Yao is drawn into palace intrigues and helps Chu Ran overcome one crisis after another, bringing the two closer together. She promotes new medical ideas and earns the people's affection. In the end, Chu Ran ascends the throne and Su Yao is crowned empress. She continues to advance traditional Chinese medicine in this otherworld.
