Synopsis

This book was written by a man named Seth, who claimed to be an "energy personality element" who was no longer focused in physical form. He spoke through me twice a week for seven years. However, the opening of my supernatural abilities began one night in September 1963. When I was writing a poem, my consciousness suddenly left my body, and some amazing and novel concepts bombarded my mind like a rain of bullets. After returning to my body, I found that my hand had automatically written an article that explained many of the concepts. This article even had a title - The material universe is the construction of ideas. As a result of that experience, I began to study paranormal activity and planned to write a book on the subject. To this end, in late 1963, my husband Luo and I experimented with a Ouija board (similar to a Ouija board). After the first few times, a man who called himself "Seth" started sending us messages. Neither Luo nor I had any paranormal background, and when I began to mentally "predict" the Ouija board answers, I assumed they must come from my subconscious. After a while, however, I felt compelled to speak the answer out loud, and within a month I began to enter a trance and speak for Seth. These messages seemed to begin where the "idea construction" ended, and Seth later stated that my experience of consciousness expansion represented his first attempt to make contact with me. Since then, Seth has sent manuscripts one after another, and now it has accumulated more than 6,000 pages of typed paper. We call it "Seth's data." This book starts with the first lesson of Seth's information and explains it.
