This book is the first volume of the essence of wisdom expounded by the holy master Nithyananda Paramashiva. Over the past five years he has commented on great scriptures like the Bhagavad Gita, spoken to diverse groups from all walks of life, and delivered these messages of wisdom in courses, and this book is the distillation of those teachings. This book takes you through why you behave the way you do and explains how to change our behavior so that we are in sync with the energy of the universe.
