In 376 BC, Han, Zhao, and Wei joined forces to depose Jing of Jin, the last ruler of the Jin state, and divide up all the remaining lands of the Jin royal house. With this, the state of Jin was utterly destroyed.
That same year, Duke Xian of Qin secretly devised the “Ant Nest” plan, intending to rot away and dismantle rival regimes from within and thereby unify the realm. He dispatched agents to each state, where they secretly established Ant Nest organizations.
A young man from the ancient state of Shu is sent to Linzi, the capital of Qi, with orders to go undercover at the famed Lantai Pleasure House and secretly establish an Ant Nest organization.
