The instant a god’s gaze meets yours, you step into a completely unfamiliar world. This is a game where desire is the stake. Countless players flock to it, all pursuing the long-held obsessions they hope to fulfill. So, Su Xingli, what brought you here? “No, that’s not how the Desire Game works. You’re supposed to fight for your life in the scenarios, then use the rewards for clearing them to improve your stats. Once in a while, you get a skill you can actually use after settlement. Then, when you’re strong enough, you find weapons in intermediate scenarios.” “And how could you save me? Isn’t the Desire Game about using everyone? I don’t even trust my teammates sometimes, yet you came all the way here alone to rescue me. That’s not how the Desire Game is supposed to work!” Behind him, a crowd of players he had rescued from the game’s deadly trials couldn’t help crying out.
