Starlight Falls on Autumn Wind Alley

[Famous Star]+ [Boy Next Door] VS [Novelist as a Side Gig]+ [Childhood Tagalong]

What does it feel like when someone who was once within arm's reach becomes so hard to meet? Shen Qiumu knows the answer better than anyone, and it hurts more than anyone could imagine.

The little girl who used to follow Chen Jiayou around, calling him “Brother Xiaoyou,” grew up into a young woman who politely called him “Brother Jiayou.”

During the more than ten years they spent growing up apart, Shen Qiumu was trapped in a troubled home, while Chen Jiayou struggled to make it in the entertainment industry. One was sensitive and insecure; the other, mature and steady.

Years later, Shen Qiumu's novel was adapted for the screen, and Chen Jiayou was cast as the second male lead. The two met again on the drive to the set…

“Chen Jiayou, am I just hopeless?”

“No. Our Mumu is already doing great.”

Thank you, Chen Jiayou.
