The Pursuit of Justice

Liu Zhengyi is a retired soldier from the Special Operations Forces of Beishi City-State in Southeast Asia. After retiring, he takes a job at a community police station to uncover the truth behind his mother's murder years ago. But as he investigates, he discovers that the city-state is rife with injustice: good people are oppressed while villains go unpunished. Alongside his investigation, he begins taking on the mysterious role of the “Avenger of Justice,” targeting the criminals who have escaped the law. Liu Zhengyi strikes again and again, and soon the name “Avenger of Justice” resounds throughout the city-state. The poor see him as a hero, but many others are eager to eliminate him. The Beishi Investigation Bureau also begins pursuing him, and a battle to hunt down justice is about to begin.
