Hong Kong Films: Sister-in-Law, Believe Me, I Really Am Undercover

Chen Huchi is treated like Situ Haonan’s lackey from the start, but then he activates the Undercover Acquisition System: “Ding! Recruit Chen Yongren and get the Infernal Affairs Guide to Talking. Bring in the father-and-son duo Wu Jiwei, and get an armory!” He makes Brother Laughing a street dance instructor and forces Crow to livestream himself eating shit. “If you’re in this line of work, you’ve got to play fair. You can’t beat Jet Li, so why act like some street punk?” When the leader of Hung Hing kneels to present him with a golden basin, he kicks over the table. “The Five Tigers of East Star? Get down and scrub my feet!”
