The Road to the Top for a Traditional Chinese-Style Girl Group

The second floor of Xinghai Music houses the company's large dance studio, where trainees take classes and exams. The company is preparing to launch a five-member girl group, so the studio is brightly lit every night. Today was the first day of evaluations, and the two hundred girls in Classroom A were even more nervous. The five instructors sat in the front row. A simply constructed square stage stood before them, with staff members below it. Jiang Yutong sat at the very end of the first group, her expression calm and her brows full of confidence that victory was hers for the taking. Girl groups can have a Chinese-style flair, too.
