Warmth

Zhou Wang was someone else's childhood sweetheart.

After he got together with me, everyone thought I had stolen his childhood sweetheart's place.

I asked Zhou Wang what he thought about it.

While playing a game, he took a moment to ruffle my hair carelessly. "What's the big deal? Is this really worth getting worked up over?"

Then he got careless and was slaughtered by the other team. He slammed his keyboard and started cursing me out.

I looked at him and smiled.

When I got up to leave, he was still cursing at his teammates in the game.

Later, he stood beneath a blaze of spotlights, holding the trophy for the highest honor in esports.

He begged me desperately, "Nuannuan, are you done being mad? I don't want us giving each other the cold shoulder anymore. Will you come back?"
