Long, long ago, a remarkable man arose in the land of the Ninja World. He was extraordinarily powerful, and nearly brought the turbulent times to an end through his own strength alone. Of course, he didn’t quell the chaos with the Ninja World’s trademark Talk no Jutsu. He did it with power so overwhelming that almost no one could stand against him. Yet when the wars ended, the Ninja World did not find peace. Instead, one terrifying monster after another appeared out of nowhere. No one knew where they came from, only that they seemed to have been born to destroy. The entire Ninja World, even the mighty Senju and Uchiha Clan, could not stand against them. Everyone knew that the man was powerful, stronger than anyone else, but no one believed he could take on those terrifying beasts. Even so, a glimmer of hope remained in people’s hearts.
The man did not disappoint. He wiped out every beast by himself. But as soon as the last one was destroyed, another supreme destroyer appeared. Even he seemed tiny in comparison. Still, the man did not retreat. He fought until his final breath.
Afterward, people knew only that there had once been an unrivaled champion who had saved the entire Ninja World. No one knew where he had gone or whether he was still alive, but everyone chose to believe that he was.
Many years later, in a scene of a devoted master and filial disciple, that man appeared in the Ninja World once more...
