After Transmigrating to Teyvat, I Discovered My Best Friend Was a True Immortal God

Note: The transmigration into the main storyline begins at the end of Chapter 5. Chapters 72 to 81 are bonus chapters, which can also be read as a version of the main story’s flashbacks. You can skip them without affecting your understanding of the main story.

One impulsive group photo, and unlucky Fang Yuan transmigrates into Genshin Impact, a game she’d heard of but never played, along with three equally unfortunate roommates. Remembering the trust and dependence in her friends’ eyes, Fang Yuan, the one with no aptitude for elemental power, swallows her tears and puts on a brave face. So what if ordinary people have no Visions or System? As the head of Dorm 304, the top student in her year for several years running, and the leader known as “Sister Fang” who always helps her roommates through their finals, she can get everyone home safe and sound, as long as they don’t run into some once-in-a-millennium god or adeptus!

The bad news: They ran into both gods and adepti, and there’s also a dragon from outside the picture.

The good news: “They” are all her best friends, the sworn sisters she led in pledging eternal friendship, riding their bikes into the sunrise and morning breeze while shouting, “This is youth!”

Fang Yuan still pessimistically believes that twenty years of human life is just a drop in the ocean compared to their thousands of years. Then she watches in stunned silence as the legendary, ruthless former friend of the Geo Archon breaks down, crying that she hasn’t even turned in the paper she worked so hard to finish; the tattooed young man, determined to return to Earth and take the civil service exam, keeps practicing with past papers while slaying demons; and a homesick Hydro Dragon who has longed for home for a thousand years promotes soup-making culture in Fontaine while trying every possible way to recreate an authentic dim sum breakfast...

Maybe things haven’t changed much after all?
