Three Golden Fingers Take Me Across Countless Worlds

Where did the children who got together in the harem come from? The protagonists are not the same person? Is the system almost the same as without?

Aren't they all together forever? Then whose children are the concubines' children?

There are a few minor flaws, but they don't hide the good points. It's still very beautiful. Good luck, author!
