Mirage Shadows Shatter the Firmament

At the Blood Moon Ceremony, Su Wang, young lord of the Chixiao Kingdom, watches as his father is slain by a blade of mist. His right eye awakens the Eye of Eternal Tribulation, which can see the weaknesses of all things, but his meridians cannot store spiritual energy, leaving him a cripple. When he takes up the ancestral cursed weapon, the Mirage Shadow Blade, liquid silver mist begins to eat into his bones. This evil blade, which grows by devouring its owner’s flesh, conceals a shocking conspiracy by the Silvermist Pavilion to overthrow the Nine Continents. Bearing the curse of scarlet eyes, the boy wields the blade with a body devoid of spiritual power, carving a bloody path through the storm as the dynasty collapses. Yet he discovers that with every seal he breaks, he transforms further into something inhuman. When the Pavilion Master presents a puppet with a face identical to his own, Xiao Jin finally understands: the deadliest blade of mist pierced his heart sixteen years ago.
