This story begins with Akame Zero. The protagonist is about the same age as the assassination squad. His ability is a fire-type Imperial Arms, and he leans toward justice. He is a transmigrator only in the setting. Driven to desperation by the Empire’s darkness, he finds an Imperial Arms and takes revenge. After completing his revenge, he attempts suicide but is captured, joins Esdeath’s army, and eventually joins Night Raid.
