The pursuer’s perspective:
To resurrect his lover, Shen Yize found his lover’s younger brother and planned to sacrifice him. But as he spent time with his lover’s brother, he seemed to fall for the unreasonable little troublemaker. Still, to make it up to his lover, he had to bring him back to life. He even let someone else disfigure the younger brother’s face.
When his lover’s brother was left disfigured, lost his memory, and disappeared, Shen Yize regretted it. He realized he loved his lover’s brother even more, but he had little time left to love him.
He had even arranged everything for his lover, all to make amends to his lover’s brother, while giving up his own life to atone to his lover.
The pursued’s perspective:
Su Mian had lost his memory, but he seemed to have fallen for someone. That person was older than him and cared about him a lot, but refused to accept his confession. He even set him up on a blind date with someone else and told him to attend his wedding. So that night, Su Mian got him drunk, held him captive, and violated him.
But Su Mian realized the man seemed to like it. He disappeared for half a month, and the man never even looked for him.
In the end, Su Mian regained his memory and remembered everything. It turned out he was the prey the man had set his sights on all along.
They were destined to be entangled for the rest of their lives.
